StoryWalk at Stratham Hill Park

Child with Storywalk BookThe 16-station StoryWalk® at Stratham Hill Park combines our love of literature with our appreciation for Stratham's natural beauty! The Wiggin Memorial Library teamed up with the Parks and Recreation and Highway Departments to implement and maintain this popular feature. The walk begins on the flat road behind the "big kid" playground and the Scamman Pavilion, where the first pedestal introduces a picture book to read together. Each station along the trail contains an additional page of the book, looping across the pond in the town forest, along Tote Road (the fair parking field), and ending back at the start near the pavilion.

Take a walk in the woods at your leisure to read the whole story with your family!
