Film scanning service

Digitizing photographs, slides, and negatives is a great way to preserve those memories and easily share them with others. Not to mention how little space they take up!

We have a film scanner in the library that you can use! Stratham card holders can use the scanner at no charge.

How does it work?

If you have used the scanner before, or feel confident to give it a try without particular instruction, give us a call before you come to the library so we can confirm it is available.

If you would like some instruction/info on getting started, give us a call to set up a time.

What you need to bring:
The images (print photos, slides, negatives) you want to scan.
A USB drive (best if 16GB of storage) for your scanned photos. The computer connected to the scanner will NOT save your image files.
