Strategic Planning

WML strategic planning logoThe Wiggin Memorial Library's Board of Trustees and staff are engaged in a strategic planning process! The resulting strategic plan will provide the Board and staff with strategic direction and goals for the years 2027-2028. The process will also result in updated library mission, vision and core values statements.

TWO COMMUNITY FOCUS GROUPS WERE HELD IN MAY 2026

As part of the strategic planning process, the library held two community focus groups on May 6th and May 9th, respectively. Both were well attended and high energy discussions. Thank you to everyone who attended!

OUR COMMUNITY SURVEY IS NOW AVAILABLE!

Next up in the process is a community-wide survey which is now available to be completed either online or in print! 
  • To complete the survey online, click here!
  • Alternatively, you can pick up a paper copy of the survey at the library's front desk or the lobby in Town Hall. You can also drop off your completed survey in both locations in a handy drop-box.

Please be sure to complete the survey online or turn in your paper-based responses by July 25th.

And feel free to share the link for the online survey with friends, family and colleagues who live in Stratham and surrounding towns, whether they are library cardholders or not. In fact, we are particularly interested in hearing from folks who aren't necessarily users of the library.
