Strategic Planning

The Wiggin Memorial Library's Board of Trustees and staff are engaged in a strategic planning process! The resulting strategic plan will provide the Board and staff with strategic direction and goals for the years 2027-2028. The process will also result in updated library mission, vision and core values statements.

TWO COMMUNITY FOCUS GROUPS
As part of the strategic planning process, the library will be seeking community input along the way. To begin with, we're holding two community focus groups, both of which will take place at the library. They'll each run for about 90 minutes, and refreshments will be served. Registration is required.
