Strategic Planning

WML strategic planning logoThe Wiggin Memorial Library's Board of Trustees and staff are engaged in a strategic planning process! The resulting strategic plan will provide the Board and staff with strategic direction and goals for the years 2027-2028. The process will also result in updated library mission, vision and core values statements.

Two community focus groups were held in May 2026, and in July/August 2026 we completed our community survey.

We are now hosting two COMMUNITY FORUMS!

The two Community Forums will be held in the Sewall Room at Town Hall. We will share what we’ve learned from our recent focus groups and townwide community survey—and, most importantly, hear your comments, questions, ideas, and suggestions.
